This is my first attempt at blogging guy's so give me some slack.  My intention is to keep followers and clients up to date with what's new at hair by Emma, and what's new in hairdressing in general.  I will be giving updates on new products, styles, trends, colors etc etc etc.....as well as any changes at the salon or special offers.

Since the beginning of the new year I have had a massive rise in internet queries, not sure why this is, but the feed back I am getting from new clients is very positive.  They have found my website to be informative and helpful.  I welcome any feedback or ideas that anyone has that would improve on this.  

Client Rewards and Special Offers

As many of you are already aware, I run a client rewards scheme.  This works in 2 ways, both of which give my regular client's a chance to get discounts on their hair services.  If you recommend that a friend of yours come to get their hair done with me, as a reward i give you $10 discount off your next appointment.  Recommend a Friend slips are now available for you to take with you and give out to friends and relatives. The other reward I offer to my clients is every 3rd appointment you also get $10 discount.  Please remember to keep your appointment cards and bring with you to each appointment, this will help me to keep track of your 3rd appointment reward.   First time clients that complete the form on the Special Offer's page of this website will receive a huge 50% discount off their first color appointment with me, so please remember to tell your friends when recommending them to me.

Whats new at the salon?  Well I am now working Monday's until 2pm, Tuesdays until 6.30 and Wednesday and Thursdays until 7.30.  I will also be available every other Saturday morning - hope this keeps everyone happy.

Keratin Smoothing Complex by Coppolla has been available at my salon since November, around 15 clients have had this treatment done and there has been a mixed bag of results. I will be talking about this in my next blog...........watch this space.
